What are credits?

Credits are used to measure usage on LEXcentra – the more complex the task, the more credits are required.

Please refer to the following service pricing table:

Service Credit cost
Chat with LEXgpt 1 - 3 credits *
Document Processing with LEXgpt 1 credit / page
Document Drafting 1 credit / page
Review compliance with Vietnamese law 2 credits / page
Review compliance with internal policies 1 credit / page

* Questions with LEXgpt usually cost 1 credit. However, complex questions will cost you more credits (up to 3 credits), for example:

(a) Questions involving the timing of events, incidents, or related actions;

(b) Questions about legal procedures for investment and business;

(c) Questions that refer to a specific law and/or legal document; or

(d) Other questions that LEXgpt deems complex and require additional time for thorough processing.

How can I get more credits?

2. If you are already a paid member but need additional credits, you can purchase add-on credits packages. LEXcentra offers various top-up options to fit different needs, for example:

What happens if I don’t use all my credits within a billing cycle?

Unused credits from the previous cycle will roll over to the next cycle, as long as you renew your subscription. If the renewal fails, your credits will be kept for 30 days after the cycle ends. Credits will only expire if you cancel your subscription or fail to renew within 30 days of the previous cycle’s expiration.
